The existing improvements were built in 1935. Upon completion of the proposed conversion to office, the proposed improvements are assumed to be in good condition. On-site parking is provided by the asphalt paved open shared parking lot consisting of an undeterminable number of parking spaces; however, based on our observations, it appears that it could accommodate 5 tandem spaces.
